Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers (NY RPL § 442-h)

Pursuant to New York State law, Aesthetically Speaking has established the following standardized operating procedures for prospective buyer clients prior to receiving services:

• Prospective Client Identification: Not required.

• Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement: Not required.

• Pre-Approval or Proof of Funds: Not required prior to initial consultation.*

*Note: While Aesthetically Speaking does not require these items as a prerequisite for initial advisory services or consultations, third-party property sellers, listing agencies, building management, or co-op boards may require photo identification, financial pre-approval, or proof of funds prior to scheduling private property viewings or submitting formal offers.
