As a Real Estate Broker, much of my work is centered around the sale of real estate - condos, coops, & townhomes. I help people identify purchase opportunities, guide, and advocate for them during the transaction. I also represent sellers and investors looking to market their properties for sale or for lease.
As a team lead and later the Director of Sales Transactions, I built a team comprised of hybrid agents - agents who work on rentals and sales - and specialists. In exchange for access to my book of business, leads, coaching, and general mentorship, we would work together on various transactions. To improve the professional efficiency and client experience, I developed my own training curriculum that addressed various topics such as prospecting , qualifying, how to properly assemble board packages and writing business plans.
I also manage investment properties for select clients.
