Initially as a Sales Agent and later as an Associate Broker, much of my work is centered around the sale of real estate - condos, coops, & townhomes.  I help people identify purchase opportunities, guide, and advocate for them during the transaction. I also represent sellers and investors looking to market their properties for sale or for lease.

As a team lead and later the Director of Sales Transactions, I built a top-producing sales team comprised of a mix of hybrid agents - agents who work on both rentals and sales.   Together we developed a robust referral business that is filled with repeat customers and loyal client advocates. One of my core leadership initiatives was to improve the professional efficiency of my team and client experience for my customers. I subsequently developed my own training curriculum that addressed various topics such as prospecting, qualifying, constructing effective board packages and writing business plans.
